Your information,
handled with care.
This notice describes the information collected through this YY Rum website and how to contact YY about it.
What you share
Launch signups collect your email address, age confirmation and consent to receive updates. City requests also collect your name, city, state, ZIP code and preferred store. Trade inquiries collect the business and contact information you provide, including your message. Privacy requests collect your email address, request type and any message you choose to provide.
How it is used
YY uses this information to record launch interest, identify requested markets, handle trade inquiries and respond to privacy requests. Selecting the launch-email checkbox records your permission for YY launch and event emails. City and trade forms do not automatically sign you up for marketing.
Storage and website services
Submissions are stored in Cloudflare's database service for YY's authorized administrators to review. The hosting provider also processes technical request information to operate and protect the website. The home page loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives connection information such as your IP address. An age-confirmation flag is stored in your browser's session storage. Google's Gmail service processes the sender and recipient addresses, message content and delivery information for these emails. The website does not process alcohol purchases or payments.
Follow-up and retention
Forms save your submission for review. New trade requests and launch signups are eligible for a receipt email and an internal notification through Gmail. Delivery limits apply, so a saved submission does not guarantee an email. City requests are saved for review and do not send a receipt. An internal note for city requests stays off until YY turns it on. Privacy requests are recorded for manual review. Submitted records remain in YY's inquiry database until reviewed or removed. You can request access, correction, deletion or removal from the launch-interest list below. Requests are recorded for administrator review. Submitting a request does not immediately change or delete existing records.
Request help with your information
Use the email address associated with your original submission. YY may need to verify your request before providing or changing information. Please do not send identity documents, passwords or payment details through this form.
